Dr. Lakshman Chandra Seth (D. Litt., Member of Parliament)

The Indian Centre for Advancement of Research and Education (ICARE), Haldia, was founded in 1995 and is a nonprofit volunteer organization that has been authorized under the Societies Registration Act of 1961. ICARE is committed to supporting, establishing, running, and maintaining top-notch educational institutions to keep up with the region's rapid industrial development. The Board of Governors, made up of distinguished individuals with tremendous vision, is in charge of running this society. They want to build an idealized version of Haldia by establishing an international standard, value-based education center in Haldia.
