Mentor Mentee

The Mentor–Mentee System at Haldia Institute of Pharmacy is designed to provide personalized academic, professional, and emotional support to students throughout their journey at the institute. Each student is assigned a faculty mentor who acts as a guide, advisor, and motivator, helping them overcome academic challenges, set career goals, and develop confidence.
