Eligibility
To complete the admission process at Haldia Institute of Pharmacy, applicants must
submit the following documents

- Must be an Indian national.

- Must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent from
a recognized board in regular mode.

Minimum age: 17 years as of December 31 of the admission
year; no upper age limit.

Required subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and any one of
Mathematics, Biology, or Biotechnology.

Must pass both theory and practical separately in all
subjects.

Must score: Minimum 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry &
optional subject combined (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD). Minimum
40% marks in English (all categories).
- Candidates from boards other than WBCHSE or universities
other than WBUHS must submit a Migration Certificate by the
university deadline.

Domicile certificate is required for SC/ST/OBC/PWD
candidates applying under reserved categories.
